Roleplaying experience: ive role played on almost every rp server on ts for about two years.
Past leadership experience: Ive had this same org on maybe two other servers and i role played it extremely well and it generally added to the server.
what is dming: non RP killing for absolutely no reason i.e. some random guy joins the server and starts randomly killing people so he's Death Matching/Dming.
What is metagaming: saying stuff in character that you have only heard out of character i.e. you hear that somones selling guns illegally in ooc and you go straight to them and call them by their name, thats metagaming.
power gaming: when your being stupid in role play i.e. somone says that they are invulnerable to bullets in RP is power gaming.
Organization name: Trans World Operations TwO for short
what would org do for the server: My organization adds to the excitement because instead of being stereotipically good or evil, we are in the nuetral zone, we do what benefits us, so we do what we are payed to do, if we are hired by the bad guys it doesn't make us bad, we are just doing our jobs.
Job titles and pay from top to bottom
TwO Commander 60$
TwO General 55$
TwO Major 50$
TwO Lieutenant 45$
TwO Sergeant 40$
TwO Grunt 35$
On a side note only two of each rank are allowed the only exceptions are grunt (four allowed) and commander (me, duh
)
