Rolplaying experience:I have been rping for 3yrs an playing specialist for 4 years
Past leadership experience:I have been the godfather on Accirco rp , AK RP, and also in Illuzionz an blackmarket back in the day
What is dming: Non rp killing pointless deathmatching killing for points aka acting a fool an disreguarding server rules.
Example: Person enters server or has been on an kills sum1 for no reason at all or kills another after being killed aka commiting what is known as an rk or revenge kill
What is metagaming:Some one talking or saying names when they have not asked in game like for example saying ur firends name even tho in game u are new to a server or asking foolish questions
Power gaming: Is when some one acts in away to rp that kills the whole point
Example: Some one is rping a robbery an the other person says oh i " have a bullet proof vest or some noncense like that or im invincible

What would org do for rping in server: My org would bring to the table competetion for other crime orgs an possibly alliship with some we will regualrily hold robbery rp situations hostage situations bomb threats drug deals an assasinations every once in awhile. Therefore creating an exciting rp scenarios for all players to enjoy!

This is a pretty good idea, with something that will have this kind of an effect on the server, I will have to get atleast one more admin to ok it, sorry for the wait!
